We have an experienced estimating team dedicated to completing quotes within 24 hours or sooner. Need it urgently? Let us know and we’ll work with you to get it done!

We offer 5-business day turnaround time between template and installation. We use an industry leading manufacturing process called Synchronous Flow that allows us to operate with precision and robust additional production capacities, offer quick turn times, and provide accurately scheduled dates. We guarantee we will be there when we say we will!

Good question. Classic Rock has a process for letting you know when we will be there:

  • 5 days before your scheduled template date we will send you a reminder.
  • 2 days before your scheduled template date we will provide a 4-hour arrival time window, and confirm your installation date as well.
  • On the day of your template or install, our crews will call 1 hour before their arrival so you know exactly when to expect them.

Absolutely! Classic Rock does not use any subcontractors. This guarantees the highest level of quality and safety. Every person that will arrive at the homeowner’s house is an employee of Classic Rock and has passed an extensive background check. They will respect your homeowners and their homes like their own.

Yes. We encourage your homeowners to schedule an appointment at one of our design centers to hand select their material. Our skilled design teams will guide them through our display of stone and quartz slabs, and help them choose the countertop of their dreams.

Our design center hours even include some evening and Saturday appointment time slots to accommodate homeowners who work during the day. We also have real-time online inventory – high resolution images of every piece of material in stock that the homeowner can choose from.

You won’t have to! Your dedicated Partner Support Specialist will serve as your point person for questions, orders, scheduling requests, and every step toward making your project a success. Your PSS will forge a personal relationship with you and develop a partnership that flows seamlessly.

Only if you ask us to. Classic Rock is strictly business-to-business. We do not want to interfere with the relationship you have with your homeowners. Pricing is never discussed with them and all information is relayed through you.

Yes, in real-time. The minute something is consumed for a job, the material is instantly removed from our online inventory. Our inventory is shown in high resolution images of both full slabs and remnants, and include the measurements to make sure it will work for your project.

We thought you’d never ask! Classic Rock is proud to offer Slabsmith Layout Appointments to our dealers’ customers to show them exactly how their countertops will look before we install. Homeowners can schedule their appointments at one of our design centers or remotely if they have access to a computer with internet capabilities. During the appointment, our designer will work directly to layout their dream space with the material they’ve selected.
